About us

Seeber Immobilien GmbH was founded in 1995 as one-person company in Bruneck. The sole partner Harald Seeber inaugurated the first office in Bruneck and the company grew in a few years’ time.

A second office was opened in Bozen in Autumn 1997 to cater for customers all over the area.

Seeber Immobilien Gmbh is able to represent your business in real estate all over Südtirol. Thanks to our longstanding experience we are able to provide you with top level professional service.



Service:

We offer the following services::

• Lease and purchase offers of real estates and properties or business spaces
• Real estate and property land register/cadastral register surveys
• Financial advice
• Market evaluation and cost estimates
• Brokerage
• Contract preparation
• Preparation of any further papers and formalities

Fees:

Fees or provisions are charged in percentage amounts –for example, 0.50% = zero comma five percent = five per thousand) and fixed fees in Euro, all plus 20,00% VAT. Minimum fee 336,70 Euro plus 20,00% VAT. We are at your disposal for any further enquiries.
 
I. Purchase or exchange of property shares from each parties
 
a.) Purchase of funds at purchase price by mutual agreement:   2,00% - 3,00%
b.) Purchase of business units at the gross price mutually with each parties   2,00%
 
 
II. Rent and Lease:
 
a.) Up until one year of annual rent mutually with each party:   10,00%
b.) For each further year mutually with each party:   2,00%
 
 
III. Market value surveys and cost estimates:
 
a.) General market value surveys based on the value estimated by the commisioner:   0,10%+103,29
       
b.) Detailed estimates based on the value of the Commisioner:   0.25%+258,23
 
 
IV. Further services:
 
a.) Contract preparation based on the Commissioner’s contract value   0,50%
b.) Loans/financing based on the Commissioner’s contract value:   8,00%
c.) Works contracts or similar contracts based on the Commissioner’s contract value:   1.00%-3.00%
d.) Administration of the Commissioner on the basis of the turnover:   5.00%-8.00%
e.) Purchase option based on market price of the favoured party, plus I. :   0.50%
f.) Surveys, applications at public offices/ authorities by the Commissioner, respectively:   43,90
g.) Obtainment of administrative papers: to be agreed upon
